Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the Lahepere Villa website, Lahepere Gourmet e-shop and Lahepere Villa accommodation services.
1. Lahepere Gourmet e-shop
For private customer orders, the seller of Lahepere Gourmet products is Helen Vihtol, operating as an individual through an Estonian entrepreneur account.
Payments for private customer e-shop orders are made to the entrepreneur account held with LHV Pank.
Corporate orders, including customised corporate gift packages, are handled separately. For corporate orders and enquiries, please contact: info@laheperevilla.eu.
2. Orders and payment
Products can be ordered through the Lahepere Gourmet e-shop. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Prices are shown on the website. The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise agreed for a customised corporate order.
3. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown during the ordering process where applicable.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided is correct.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, unless an exception provided by law applies.
The right of withdrawal may not apply, for example, to goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly, products made or customised specifically for the customer, or other products excluded from the right of withdrawal by applicable law.
Returned products must be unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging. The customer may be responsible for return costs unless the product is defective or otherwise required by law.
5. Defective products and complaints
If a product is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laheperevilla.eu.
Please include your order details and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.
6. Corporate gifts
Lahepere Gourmet gift packages can be prepared for companies, employees, clients and business partners.
The contents, quantity, packaging and price of corporate gift orders may be agreed individually according to the customer’s needs and budget.

Accommodation bookings are made through the BOUK booking system. Accommodation payments are processed through Maksekeskus.
8. Accommodation rates and bookings
The price of the stay depends on the selected mini villa, dates and rate type. The final price and applicable booking conditions are shown in the BOUK booking system before the booking is confirmed.
Two rate types may be available:
- Non-refundable rate – the lower-priced option and non-refundable after booking.
- Flexible rate – 10% higher and may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. After this deadline, the booking is non-refundable.
The exact conditions shown during the booking process apply to the individual reservation.
9. Sauna
Two hours of sauna use are included in the accommodation price.
Guests can choose their preferred available sauna time from the add-on services during the booking process. Sauna use is available only to guests staying at Lahepere mini villas and is subject to availability.
10. Accommodation rules
Lahepere mini villas are intended primarily for two adults.
Mini Villas Mets and Rand may accommodate one additional child or teenager aged 7–16. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 7 years of age or for guests with mobility impairments due to the architecture of the mini villas.
Pets are not allowed.
Lahepere Villa is entirely smoke- and vape-free, including the surrounding property and woodland.
Quiet hours begin at 23:00. The accommodation is not intended for parties or events unless separately agreed in advance.
11. Check-in and check-out
The applicable check-in and check-out times are provided in the booking confirmation and guest information.
12. Liability
Guests are responsible for using the accommodation, sauna, furnishings and equipment with reasonable care.
Lahepere Villa is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
13. Complaints and disputes
If you have a question or complaint concerning an e-shop order or accommodation service, please contact us first at: info@laheperevilla.eu.
Consumer disputes may also be referred to the competent Estonian consumer dispute resolution body in accordance with applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
Lahepere Villa may update these Terms of Use when services, booking conditions, payment arrangements or applicable requirements change.
The version published on the website at the relevant time applies.
