About Me

I’m Helen Vihtol, and I work with small HoReCa, retail, and service-oriented businesses that want their marketing and service to be clear, effective, and aligned with their daily operations.

My work is strongly practice-driven. I help companies build solid brands, design meaningful customer journeys, and develop products and services that are coherent, easy to communicate, and commercially sound. A significant part of my experience lies in retail marketing and brand building, where consistency and detail directly affect results.

I provide custom-made marketing solutions, not standardised packages. Each collaboration starts with understanding the real business situation — its structure, resources, and goals — and building marketing support that fits those conditions.

In addition, I conduct service inspections and service audits, working as a blind shopper / mystery guest to identify weak points in customer service, internal communication, and team performance. This allows companies to see their service through the customer’s eyes and address issues that often remain unnoticed from the inside.

Alongside my consulting and training work, I am the Baltic Marketing Manager for KitchenAid and Dualit, and I previously served as Managing Director of the Estonian Chefs Association. I was also the owner of Lahepere Villa, one of Estonia’s most recognised restaurant experiences, with 4 years in a row Michelin recommendation and the Service Award for 2022. This ensures my work is grounded in real operational and commercial reality.

I have strong expertise in digital marketing and work with a trusted network of partners, allowing projects to move efficiently from strategy to execution.

In addition to marketing training, I offer motivational and strategic talks focused on turning ideas into action and building sustainable businesses.
