Chef Silver has finished the menu for the first half of May and here it is:
Beef tartare, marinated shimejj, spring onions
Grilled octopus, eggplant, fennel, ponzu sauce
Sirloin, roasted asparagus, langoustine bisque
Mint cremeux, rhubarb, aloysia-kefir snow
The price of the menu is 75 EUR and it also includes house bread, water, coffee, or tea. There are still places on different days
